Some of those URLs are affiliate links. It would be good for MR to identify in the article which links they receive compensation when readers purchase items through those links. Failure to identify those links tends to blur the line between a news item and an advertisement. :(
Who cares!?

Its obviously ALL an advertisement of Black Friday deals. Pretty much every tech site is doing the same thing, and hoping to be compensated in some way. Good for them.

This site is business, not a non-profit-feed-the-needy-children charitable organization.

I sure hope Macrumors can make some money from these advertisements! They've provided us amazing, FREE news/rumors/content for YEARS! I love supporting sites I enjoy by clicking and buying stuff I need through their links.

Sorry if it comes across rude, but too many get all offended when a site that has provided A FREE SERVICE for years tries to make some extra advertising cash once in a while. Websites aren't free.

KEEP IT UP MACRUMORS! Any good iPad Pro deals?

Stop posting these huge ads disguised as "news" on the front page. You have a Black Friday roundup section, post these things there. This stuff is irrelevant for more than half of the visitors since we're not in the US.

I care. I want to support MacRumors, but I'd like to see a disclaimer that there are affiliate links here.

The way iMore does it is great: "This post may contain affiliate links. See our disclosure policy for more details."

You are kind of being a dick right now.
Not really, I'm not using insults or profanity.

I really want to know why people care. Solid reasons. I clicked on the forum link, and the SECOND post was someone complaining about the links.

What's the problem with a FREE site providing links to other sites and products for which they might receive a few fractions of a cent for clicks? Seems like thats what every site in the world does. Its expected.

Would you rather have no ads and no links, and a $29 a year MacRumors subscription?

[Disclaimer: These posts are my opinion. No profits are being collected from these posts. I have no business or personal relationship with MacRumors, it's owners, affiliates, lawyers, priests, or pets. No platypuses were harmed in the making of these posts.]

Happy Thanksgiving.
If you need MacRumors legal dept to footnote their storries/rumors and product links, then you are in the wrong little corner of the internet. This is a site to enjoy, not complain about. Most of us can tell the difference between a rumor or a sales plug. Both are welcome here by me.
