For those wondering about backwards compatibility, looks like the iPad Pro Magic Keyboard will work with the 2018 iPad Pro models too

a $300-$350 keyboard? Is each key a programable LCD screen? I feel like you should get a free Stream Deck with each purchase. Still buying one... but I feel better after a good morning rant.

Did this iMac patent make its way to the iPad instead? When I saw the new iPad Pro magic keyboard today I couldn‘t help but think of this apple patent from 2010 for a touch screen iMac. We obviously never saw this come to reality but I wonder if any of this design eventually made its way to the iPad Pro magic keyboard...

I'll take it!

Now all I need is for the iPad to backup and sync to my iPhone and a FULL iTunes experience on iPad OS and the iPad Pro will be a laptop replacement for me.

How will this differ from the mouse support already in iPadOS?
Not sure, but maybe some added trackpad actions like 2 fingers to scroll, pinch to zoom, etc.?

Time for Xcode on iPad.
As well as other creator apps like Adobe suite, Logic Pro, etc. It's obvious that Apple's focusing on iPhones & iPads (that's where the money's at), so why not just put everything they need to create for iPad there?
