You're wrong lol. Beats is literally their "urban" brand for low-income people or android users.

You know who started Beats, right? And who the demographic was/is?
How are they low income if they 249 price is the same price as the AirPods Pro? Literally require the same income. Also it seems you are afraid to mention African American people in your comment and instead blatantly making references about them presumably to avoid sounding racist, but instead making the comment sounds 2x as racist...

I agree with the others that they're comfortable. Much more so than my APP2s. As for ANC, the APP2s are better, but I wonder if that's because of the internal venting. There isn't the same feeling of pressure, which is a plus. As for sound, I had the same reaction to the others that the highs weren't there and the sound felt thin.

I started fiddling with fitment in my ear canal, trying the different size tips and using the software fit test. Having dialed in the tip size and how they fit best on my ears, I think the sound is good. I'm listening to voice audio on Twitch, and listening to YouTube Music. I keep swapping back and forth between the PP2s and the APP2s, and the sound is pretty close. The APP2s still have the slight edge, but they aren't good for me if I'm moving around at all (walking, talking, exercising) or wearing them for extended amounts of time (flights).

I'm going to keep giving the Powerbeats Pro 2s a fair shake during the return period.

Beats is their "low income" brand, like metroPCS is to Tmobile
Huh? Powerbeats Pro cost the same as AirPods Pro, so target the same income. They just target difference audiences. Once is meant for high sweat and high movement/sports and one is not. Just two different form factors with the Beats brand target the sports driven audience.

Disagreed. They serve different purposes i.e Beats being a little more focused towards sports. Also, these are the same price as APP 2s.

I have had mine for a day now, easily the worst ear buds I have tried in years.
I think the main problem for me is how badly they fit my ears, only the XS tips are comfortable, but I can only get a moderate seal using L tips and they are very uncomfortable.
The sound quality is very weak, flat and unenthusing, the ANC is also weak(maybe because of the fit).
The case is pretty chonky, you need to put it on a surface to operate it, not the simple one handed operation of the apple air pods.

However, I am not a good example, I am still using Gen2's as they the only things that fit very comfortably, but I have tried every version of apple airpods.
When the first pro's came out the sound quality brought tears to my eyes with how amazing they were, the ANC was also top notch, but they also would fall out doing anything other than slow walking, so had to pass them on.

I was really thinking these could have been the answer, APP2's with a clip so they would not fall out, but alas they are garbage(for me), returning ASAP.
Yup! I have the exact same experience as you. I own the originals and loved them. Got the Powerbeats Pro 2 in the mail today and just like you I tried all tips and none of them felt comfortable. The hook is also at a weird angle and starts to hurt my ear after just a minute or so of being worn. I also think the sound quality is no better than the original. The ANC is very weak and you can hardly tell its on....like you said, maybe because of the weak seal from the tips? The case while being smaller is still wide and fat and just uneasy to deal with. Overall, I completely dislike these and they are going back immediately. I'll stick with my originals for now until something else comes along that is actually worth it.
