Woot's New Apple Watch Solo/Braided Loop Sale Offers Up to Two Free Bands When You Buy One

Woot today has brought back its sale on Apple Watch Solo Loop and Braided Solo Loop bands, but with a twist. This time, when you buy any Solo Loop or Braided Solo Loop at a discount on Woot, you'll get up to two extra bands for free.

apple watch bands januaryNote: MacRumors is an affiliate partner with Woot. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may receive a small payment, which helps us keep the site running.

The way it works is when you purchase any Solo Loop band for the discounted price of $19.99 ($29 off), you will get two additional Solo Loop bands for free. When you purchase any Braided Solo Loop for the discounted price of $29.99 ($69 off), you will get one additional Braided Solo Loop band for free.

The catch here is that you won't be able to pick out the color of the bands. You start by selecting the size of the band and Apple Watch model, then Woot will randomly select three Solo Loop bands or two Braided Solo Loop bands to send to you.

Woot guarantees that each band will be a unique color and there will be no duplicate colors in each box. These are also in new condition and come individually packaged in their original Apple retail packaging, as well as with a one year Apple manufacturer limited warranty.

Although there's a bit of risk at play in Woot's new sale, these are massive discounts on the Apple Watch bands, and it's a great way to expand your band collection and try out new colors. This sale will run through April 25 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Am I reading this right, that you pick the color of one band that you want, and Woot picks the color of the free band(s)?

This sounds fine as long as I get the one band color that I choose. I am open to "luck of the draw" on the free bands.

Woots write-up makes it sound like you don't actually choose any colors, and that all the bands you recieve will be a mystery. the Macrumors write-up sounds different.
All the colors are random. The plain Solo Loop seems like a better option, since you'll get 3 random colors so the odds of hating all of them is much lower.

Thanks for the clarification. Macrumors really needs to change their write-up. It is very misleading, at best.

We don't buy "any" Solo Loop. We are paying for a "Mystery" Solo Loop, then get more free. We apparently don't get to pick "any" solo loops. SMH...

It probably would have been more appealing if you were to choose one of the three colors, but with all 3 bands randomly selected for you and knowing that Woot has been trying to off-load these for the past 6 months, you know very well what's in store, you'll open the envelope and there you have it: 3 hideous colors hand-picked for you. Stuff no one will take as a gift is now yours for $29.99 and free shipping ! What a deal....

Second batch arrived today, I think I've got lucky again!

Nice braided colors (maize and red) and pretty easy matchable solid colors (abyss blue, black and succulent) for the Solos!
